Ownership Structuring
Leasehold, freehold, or Hak Pakai — the right legal vehicle for your goals.
Ownership Structuring
Foreigners can absolutely hold Bali property — just not freehold (Hak Milik) directly. The art is choosing the structure that fits your goals: budget, time horizon, residency and resale.
We map your situation to the right vehicle — leasehold, Hak Pakai (right-to-use), or freehold via a PT PMA — and document it so it stands up legally.

Common questions
Freehold or leasehold — which is better?
Neither is universally better. Leasehold is cheaper and simpler; freehold via PT PMA offers permanence and stronger resale. We recommend based on your specific goals.
Are nominee arrangements safe?
No. "Nominee" freehold is legally fragile and we do not arrange it. We use compliant structures only.
